STRENGTH & CONDITIONING // INDIVIDUALIZED TRAINING PROGRAMS

Whether you're a high level climber trying to break through a plateau or a weekend warrior that is looking to improve your climbing fitness, we individualize your program through the use of thorough climbing-specific assessments to fit your needs and weaknesses.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

Pain and injury often get in the way of our progression forcing us to slow down or completely stop climbing altogether. Utilizing the physical therapy service at ClimbPainFree will help you identify the root cause and provide you with the support, knowledge, and interventions you need to get your pain under control.
